What is your return policy?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture and we'll give you your money back in full. Then if possible you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
What types of Payment do you accept? - All Standard Payments.
We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
What are your shipping options? - Limited by volume.
Currently we can only offer one standard shipping option. Please see our shipping page for more detailed information on shipping times by zone.
What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you.
Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go.
Due to Covid-19 logistical constraints please allow for up to 15 to 30 days upon delivery.
